    Ken and his wife Elaine have been residents of Placer County since 1972 having moved here from San Jose. Ken is a native Californian, born and raised in southern California. He and his wife presently live in Rocklin. .He served in the U.S. Army engineers in Korea during the War as a demolition specialist and operations sergeant in a construction engineers. He attended Pierce, West Valley, and  D' Anza Colleges working toward a degree in Real Estate. Ken has been a licensed real estate agent since 1955 and a licensed Broker since 1964, License #00276581, and as a Mortgage Loan Originator licensed under the National Mortgage Lenders Act, License
     # 235078. Ken's been active in a number of professional and Community Service organizations. To name a few: CA Mortgage Brokers Assoc., CA Real Estate Assoc., National Foundation for Boys, Inc, Kiwanis Club of Roseville, National Aging in Place Council for seniors citizen, and the American Legion.  He was Senior Vice President, of the Kissell Company, and Great American Mortgage Co., two of the nation's largest mortgage banking firms, and later as President of Loomis Mortgage Corporation.  Since 2002 he has specialized in reverse mortgage lending serving our senior citizens, presently with American Pacific Reverse Mortgage Group a division of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, a nationally recognized Mortgage Banker licensed in 18 states with over 150 branches.
